Starting supreme 90 day today!!

Feeling miserable bcz of my bf i just cant deal with him atm he’s so frustrating and self centered and doesn’t care about anything but himself. Whenever he tells me something thats wrong in his personal life i’m always there to listen and cheer him up when i’m doing the same he just wont listen or try and cheer me up. This is getting to the point where im crying all the time we are talking (we live in different countries) and i just dont know how or want to let him go but this relationship is eating me alive and hurting me so much :/

So yesterday was my last physiotherapy for my shoulder (no progress really) and she tells me i have a ripped/torn biceps but yet she tries to massage it and move it around to make it better…;she just made things worse, she really hurt me and i couldnt sleep much last night bcz of it i couldnt lift my arm this mornign so had a really sucky workout today totally not pleased about this. HAve an appointment with a specialist on monday for my back i’ll ask him about my shoulder its just too painful to even type :s

Reason to get fit: to escape the zombies!

Sigh… what ever happened to the original slow zombies? I’d much rather them.

Lol. People think I give a shit about a bikini. THIS IS THE REAL REASON I GOT FIT.

 Whenever I’m running and I start to feel like stopping, this is the first reason that pops in my head as to why I should keep on going hahaha

The Zombie Apocalypse is probably my favorite reason to improve my physical condition. Every time I add one more to the number of pull ups I can do, I imagine I can escape that many zombies (in a row.) I can pull myself out of a hungry Zombie’s reach 7 times! BOOM!!!!!
